Walk around most houses here and you'll see the same pattern. The walls that get full sun and rain look fine. Is soft washing safe on render and painted walls?
Yes. That's why we use it. Render, paint and cladding get a low-pressure wash with a cleaning treatment, then a gentle rinse. High pressure can mark render and lift paint, so we don't use it on walls.
Can you wash a two-storey house?
Yes. We'll check the access when we quote. Tall walls and second-storey eaves are part of most Shellharbour jobs.
Will it get rid of the black spots under the eaves?
In most cases, yes. Those spots are usually mould and grime that rain never reaches. If any marks are stains in the paint itself, we'll tell you before you book.
Do you wash windows too?
