Photos

Photos you send are used to quote your job. We only use photos of your property on our website or social media with your permission.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
